There has been a scheduled hard fork on the Ethereum Classic node. The "Agharta" upgrade was planned for block 9.573M, which was calculated to be done around 12 Jan 2020.
BetterHash has been updated according to this fork. This is a routine protocol upgrade, so the mining process has not been stopped or interrupted.
